Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place the jewelry in its original box and use a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit, attaching the provided return label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seal, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
